Dishwasher

Reports To: Executive Chef

Base Compensation: $18 hourly

Benefits package available

Uniforms provided; complimentary staff meals provided while on shift.

Full-time year-round position available.

Job Summary: Wash all dishes, pots, and pans to ensure proper supply levels to operate food and beverage department efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Keep equipment, floor, and work areas clean and in working order at all times.

2. Assist in the storing of grocery and supply items.

3. Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all kitchen areas, as well as dumpster and receiving area.

4. Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in assigned storage areas.

5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Skill/Requirements:

· Ability to work quickly under pressure.

· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

· Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions without close, daily direction.

· Must be able to work holidays, evenings, weekends and be flexible with changes as requested.

· Ability to work in an environment that includes activities such as bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. Be able to handle, lift, and carry up to 75 pounds of weight from storage areas to service areas with or without a hand dolly.

Line Cook

Full-time position 

Reports To: Executive Chef

Base Compensation: $19-$23 based on experience

Job Summary:

Well versed in all kitchen areas, must be able to work all stations such as Breakfast, Sauté, Fryer, Grill, Garde Manager and Pastry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Ensure ingredients and final products are of the highest quality.

2. Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.

3. Present, garnish and arrange dishes with consistency for service.

4. Maintain a safe work environment while following proper ServSafe and club guidelines.

5. Store ingredients and food in designated locations with labeled descriptions.

6. Work with fellow team members to ensure production is completed in a timely manner.

7. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment after each use.

8. Execute opening and closing procedures.

9. Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment for daily operations.

10. Check the quality and freshness of all food and ingredients for daily service to maintain high-quality standards.

11. Monitor station inventory levels.

12. Accommodate all member special requests.

Assistant Equipment Technician

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Job Summary: Alongside the Director of Agronomy & Equipment Manager, demonstrate preventive maintenance & the proper cleaning of & safe operation of equipment to all golf course staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Inspect, diagnose, service & repair mechanical or electric issues on all golf course maintenance equipment.

2. Maintain a preventive maintenance program within budget on all equipment & purchases repair parts & replacement supplies.

3. Spot checks equipment for performance on the course, makes emergency repairs to equipment on the course & services or supervises servicing of equipment prior to use.

4. Torching/Welding repairs to equipment.

5. Ensures optimal quality of cut for all playing surfaces daily.

Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices and procedures.

2. Ability to operate and maintain golf course equipment.

3. Strong knowledge of the operation of internal combustion engines & mower grinding, sharpening & adjustments.

4. Excellent working knowledge of applicable state & federal regulations about equipment, petroleum & all other products used at the maintenance facility.

5. Proficient in interpreting repair manuals, instruction sheets, hydraulic & electrical schematics.

6. Strong working knowledge of turf equipment & ability to perform repairs at a high level required.

7. Experience with construction & grow-in bermudagrass preferred at a high-end facility required.

8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Certificates/Licenses:

Pay rate:  $20-$23 per hour based on experience.

Position Summary:

Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Additional duties may include mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to members and guests, cleaning glasses and bar equipment, and ensuring that the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked. Servers may also be responsible for driving and operating the beverage cart around the golf course, offering a selection of cold and hot beverages, snacks, and other items to members and guests, as well as perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the beverage cart, including restocking products, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.

Job Skill/Requirements:

At least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. Applicant must complete pre-employment drug screening, as well as a pre-employment background check at employer’s expense.

Golf Course Assistant Superintendent

Department: Golf Course Maintenance

Reports to: Director of Agronomy

Pay rate: $70,000-$75,000 annually

Employment Status: Full time year round

Job Summary:

Working with the Director of Agronomy, along with the Senior Assistant Superintendent, facilitate irrigation installation, pre-planting of fertilizers, site preparations, operating large equipment, Better Billy Bunker install, maintenance facility construction, drainage, pump station install & native grass seeding along with daily championship caliber golf course maintenance and set up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Assist the Senior Assistant Superintendent in managing the maintenance staff

2. Oversee the daily operations of the golf course

3. Ensure the course is in top condition for play

4. Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance programs

5. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems

6. Manage and maintain equipment

7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

8. Monitors course conditions; performs inspections to identify turf issues including disease and insect infestations and determines appropriate course of action.

9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
